Refund policy

14-day returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. For a change-of-mind return, jewelry must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with its original packaging.

How to request a return

Email Cupid@pygmaliondiamonds.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending a parcel; the address on the delivery label may not be our returns address.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution and any required return shipping at our expense.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us if an item is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs so we can help promptly. We do not require you to repair a defective item yourself.

Refunds and exchanges

We will inspect the returned item and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time. Contact us if you would like a different size or style so we can explain the available return and replacement options.

Cancellations and your consumer rights

To request a cancellation or address correction, email us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped. This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where mandatory local rights provide greater protection, those rights apply.
