Delivery options and charges

Standard shipping costs US$30 for orders below US$69. Free standard shipping is available when the merchandise subtotal is US$69 or more after product and order discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. If a discount brings this subtotal below US$69, standard shipping is US$30 unless another eligible free-shipping offer applies. Rates are converted when you check out in a supported local currency; other shipping promotions follow their own eligibility and combination rules. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to confirm availability and the final charges before payment.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is 7–15 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. If you need jewelry for a particular date, email Cupid@pygmaliondiamonds.com with the product link and destination before ordering.

Your delivery details

Check your recipient name, street address, postal code and contact information before payment. To request an address correction, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

Delivery support
